Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Return Window
You can return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after 30 days unfortunately won’t be accepted.
2. Return Shipping Costs

If the item arrived damaged or there’s an issue with the product, we’ll cover the return shipping.

If you're returning an item simply because you changed your mind, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product is defective, arrives broken, or doesn’t function as expected, please notify us within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll guide you through the return process at no additional cost. After the returned item is inspected and approved, we’ll either issue a full refund (including shipping) or send you a replacement—whichever you prefer.
4. Returns Due to Change of Mind
Changed your mind? No problem. Just send the item back within 30 days in unused, original condition and packaging. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund the product price, minus the original shipping cost.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we’ll send a confirmation email. Refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a bit longer to reflect on your account. If it’s been more than 10 business days since we confirmed your refund and you still don’t see it, feel free to contact us at support@outdooroutbreak.com.
Restocking Fees:
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply, depending on the nature of the return and the condition of the item.
